Language Study Committee

The Language Study Committee is a standing committee appointed by the Provost's Office to develop procedures and make recommendations bearing on every aspect of language learning and teaching at Yale.  The LSC includes language-teaching faculty, ladder faculty from language departments and from other units with strong interest in language learning (such as Anthropology, Religious Studies, and the School of Medicine), and  senior administrators from the Provost's Office, the Dean's Office, the MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale, Information Technology Services (ITS), and the Center for Language Study.
