support requirements:

All CLS classroom use is subject to applicable CLS facilities policies as well as Yale policies, such as that on standard meeting time patterns.
When asked to specify your technology and support requirements, list what kinds of equipment you plan to use and how often. Priority will be given to those whose curricula require the use of multimedia equipment at least once per week.
Priority will be given to those who use specialized software in their classes, particularly software developed in collaboration with the CLS. Priority will also be given to instructors for whom the use of technology in the classroom is new and who will require technology support.
Fill out a separate request for each section you teach. (That is, if you teach the same course at 9:30 and 10:30, you'll need to fill out two request forms.)
Classes that are assigned rooms through this process must meet in these rooms on the specified days; the Registrar's Office will not assign a class multiple rooms at the same time.
