Technology and Classroom Support

Technology and Classroom Support

CLS technology and classroom support staff are well versed in common current technologies and in the use of our classrooms. Don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email or when we are staffing the Technology Services Desk in the 370 Temple Street lobby. We’re here to help you focus on teaching language.

Service Request forms are used for requesting most multimedia support services. These forms give us the information we need to complete your request successfully. They also allow us to track demand so that we may adapt to meet language instruction needs better. Examples of services requiring a Service Request include:

  • Audio or video duplication (More)
  • Media format conversion, such as VHS to DVD (More)
  • Video presentations for classes (More)
  • Class session or event recording
  • Digital Studio recordings (More)
  • Digitizing media for web-based delivery (More)
Most service requests directly associated with foreign language courses are completed at no charge; a course ID number is required on the request form. For requests not associated with a specific language course, read our Service Policy before submitting a request.
